What You Need to Know About Our Assembly Services

• Expert Assembly, When You Need It
  Our partnered handypersons are experienced in assembling all types of Furnliv furniture and home décor items. This is a paid optional service, available only for products that require assembly.

• Assembly Charges
  If assembly is required, you’ll find the applicable charges listed clearly on the product page, just below the selection menu.

• No Assembly Needed? No Problem.
  Many of our furniture items come fully assembled and ready to use. For items that do require assembly, it can be completed easily on your own or with the help of a local carpenter, if you choose not to opt for our service.

• Please Note

  • The delivery and assembly teams are separate. Delivery personnel are not authorized to open packages or assemble furniture.

  • We only assemble Furnliv products that require assembly and where the assembly service has been purchased.

  • Ready-to-use items or products not from Furnliv are not eligible for our assembly service.

• Cancellation Policy
  We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. We recommend rescheduling rather than cancelling — just call our customer support team for assistance.

• Same-Day Service (Subject to Availability)
  In some locations, we may be able to provide same-day assembly, depending on the availability of our third-party partners.
