FURNLIV Replacement Policy
At FURNLIV, we are committed to crafting high-quality furniture that is durable and designed to last. Every product undergoes thorough quality checks at our factory outlet before it is dispatched for delivery. We strive to deliver products that not only meet but exceed your expectations.
However, in the rare event that you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered (wrong style, size, color, quantity, or malfunctioning), we encourage you to contact us immediately at hello@furnliv.com upon receipt of the item.
Important:
We do not accept refund or replacement requests if more than 15 days have passed since the delivery date.
Please ensure you inspect the goods upon delivery to identify any issues promptly.
Once you notify us of the issue, our quality control team will assess the situation. If the claim is validated, we will initiate either a repair or a replacement. We will also arrange for the pickup of the defective item and deliver the replacement at the earliest possible time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue quickly.
Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or replacements. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or replaced.
